BlackBerry Storm not turning on

Can someone help my BlackBerry Storm not turning on ,when does go on the loading icon goes on for about 15 seconds then shuts off and red light stays on.when i try to connect it to pc it connects and disconects every couple seconds.
Please help

Is the battery fully charged and are the contacts connecting properly? What happens when the phone is plugged into a charger?

when phone is pluged in its the same just red light and nothing.

have you tried taking the battery out and putting back in?

It turns on starts to load and shuts down

Did you install anything right before this started happening? Did the phone get wet? Sounds like your best bet is to take it into Verizon or have insurance (if you have it) replace the phone.
