The cell phone has become a necessity. It's difficult to imagine life without it, but some people do. They live in remote areas or disconnected communities where people don't have phones. I would recommend this https://papers-board.net/ site for more ideas. Others are addicted to their cell phones and can't do without them. The addiction can be so strong that they won't even leave home without their phone, even if it means missing important appointments.
Quite a story. Thanks for sharing
The worst is when you are in a serious meeting and someone is sitting there texting the whole time.
its true... i think cell phones (or another version of it) will be around forever.
unfortunately the phone seems to effect the brain, and you see too many people take the call and turn away... which is common sense rudeness eh?
conversely, if you take a quick look, silence the ringer and return to your previous conversation, that might show respect...
taking a call in the presence of another person implies the call is more important to you than they are...
this is so true. i'm guilty of #6
freaking my bad
this sounds pretty fraking awesome
No 5, in China , both weddings and funerals are very very noisy, the guests can use their cellphone freely . so it is different, right? haha ,it was funny .
I was guilty of number 7 even though I should have known better. With my G1 I have quit since due to the nature of the keyboard I can type with it in the same hand.
I'm guilty of rule #2 Sometimes #7
Wouldn't be nice if the cell phone (DARE) had a web cam, visual phone connections can't be to far off from happening.
