Buried With Your Cell Phone

So...when your time is up and arrangements for burial for an eternal sleep, will your cell phone be include?

That’s the new trend, it started in Cape Town where witchcraft is a strong belief. People wanting to be buried with their cell phone in case they put under a spell of sleep and mistaken for death, if they were to awake after they were buried, I guess they might be able to make a rescue call.

I wonder how reception is six feet under, I think a new commercial for √erizon can be in the making, “ Can You Hear Me Now “ GOOD.

People being buried or having love ones buried with their cell phone might reduce separation anxiety from love ones perhaps. Having Grandpa or Mom/Dad buried with their cell phone allows loves ones to leave a message, or maybe wait for that special call, ah, you never know.

Funeral directors are saying this trend is currently big with the under forty crowd right now.

I’m not making this stuff up nor do I mock death, I’m just reporting the new trend like it or not, it is happening. We all know someone buried with their favorite cigarette lighter, teddy bear, glass, deck of cards, and now its their cell phone, the disturbing part is the reason for including a cell phone.

"When Manhattan criminal defense attorney John Jacobs died in 2005, his wife, Marion Seltzer, not only buried him with his phone and a fully charged battery, she continues to pay the monthly phone bill and even calls him on occasion (since the battery’s now dead, the calls immediately go into Jacobs’ voicemail)."

What do you think about being buried with your cell phone?

What would you include in your coffin?

The attorney's wife and son were on the news this morning, her husband whose buried at a cemetery in New jersey with his cell number listed on his grave stone, played his voice message greeting. The wife and son find the sound of his voice keeps them in touch in a way, and they sometimes talk to him by-way-of voice message.

They made a interesting point that movie stars leave forever a motion picture for their love ones watch and see them life like . i guess Frank Sinatra never really dies spiritually because of his recordings and movies, same goes for Elvis or that father, wife, son, or daughter who died on 911 and left voice messages, loves ones will keep them forever to here their love ones anytime they want or need to. .

    Any Sigmund Freuds out there????

I don't think you would get reception no matter what in this country with the casket and tomb and being six under. That would have to be one strong phone and then the radiation would kill you for sure.

I wonder if it ever worked since they have done stuff like that before. But how would they breath also if the radiation doesn't kill them they're gonna need air sometime.
