So Ive been going crazy trying to figure out why customers can’t watch youtube videos on this Android based phone.Because I hadnt used it, I had no clue what to do but here it is: First you need to download http://www.rapidshare.com/files/248200990/youtube.apk on to you pc (2) Plug in handset to pc and copy and paste the file into the applications tab in your phone (3) go to applications and find youtube.apk and install into phone (4) MUST HAVE WI-FI on in order to watch videos. Yes, without the Wi-Fi on you will not be able to watch videos because you do not get 3g internet without the wi-fi due to iden network that phone operates on but besides that the phone works great
