The Finnish phone manufacturers, Nokia have announced yet again one of the simplest and cheapest phones available. Nokia 103 was announced in April and it is expected to hit the shelves anytime soon during the second quarter (Q2) of 2012. It will be first released in Nigeria and then the rest of the world and cost only €16 ($21/£13)
