Solves an incredible number of cell problems...

this may be an incredibly simple thing to say, but I'm going to say it because I did not know it myself until recently, not being an electronic wizard or even close... for us less than savy cell phone users... My Blackberry was not dialing out today, and the other day, the trackball would not move the cursor upwards... in both cases it came to me to try what the service guys often tell you, to take the back off my phone and remove the battery for ten or so seconds, then return it. When the phone returns to active, everything worked fine again.

It was the same principle as when my printer didn't work, and my internet connection on another occasion... amazing eh? The simple brilliance of it all!
