Envy 2 wont recognize bluetooth
I had used a Motorola H500 blue tooth eairpiece on my old vx 8100 it worked fine. But my new envy wont recognize. Is it not compatible?

It should be compatible. Maybe try to take the battery out of your Envy. If not then I am not sure what to tell you . Maybe it is not.

Make sure old one is off or out of range. (It may be still connected)
Put the phone and earpeice in discovery mode;
Enter 0000 when asked, test with your voice mail.
