cant ativate boost phone how common?

I just wondered how often is the website or there service down that you cant ativate a phone, I got me and my gf phones lastnight we both got the I265 phones cause when i went int o buy the i415 or whatever the guy said hey i have these witch are better phones so i ended up getting them, he gave me a deal on them with the starter pakages....,. I just have been trying to ativate mine all night and this morning and it says "heads up they have been a error try later or call blah blah blah... I called the 1-800 # lastnight and they said they couldnt ativate anything lastnight to call back this morning. well its 10am in ga so....


BTW what do you guys think about the phone I got? I had seen it online and liked the looks but at $135 i couldnt see buying one but i got both for under that so I think i got a good deal.
