Hi I have the Boost Mobile Game Phone and after an accidental leaning I heard a beep from the chest pocket of my jacket and checked to see what happened, nothing. Only some hours later did I realise I had missed calls and didn't even hear my ringtone, checked my settings and everything is on vibrate. When I try to change back it says "In forced silent mode, settings ineffective."
I honestly have no clue how to change it back and my manual didn't give me any answers.
Can anyone help? Thanks in advance
(Sorry if I'm in the wrong area)

Re: Forced Silent Mode
First take the battery out, wait for about a minute, if that doesn't worrk do a "master reset" caution, some media/audio may be lost.

Re: Forced Silent Mode
The removal of the battery didn't work but the "master reset" worked and I didn't lose any media from my phone.
Thanks again for the help.

Re: Forced Silent Mode
I've got the same problem with my phone (I have a Boost D615), I got it off a friend and it's worked perfectly 'till now. I don't know what happened, I tried to change it one day after school from Vibrate to Ringing, but it came up with "In forced silent mode, settings ineffective".
You mentioned to do a 'master reset', I'm not clear on how to do that... could you please explain?
I did go to an Optus store and they did a "factory reset" but it didn't change anything...
Please help!
I don't want to have to go back to my old phone, I don't like it haha.
