Keep calling back. AFAIK, they are risking their jobs by allowing blackberry serial numbers on their network. But it can be done. I'm not really sure how my boss did it.

Ive been so lucky with my service provider. i hear of all the problems people seem to experience with their service providers and since ive been with NET10 i haven't had one problem at all, ive been with them for 10years now! Their coverage is the best ive experienced! I highly recommend them! =)
