can i convery/unlock my phone for boost mobile?

i have a blackberry curve 8520 with t-mobile and want to switch to boost mobile, can i keep the same phone and still get all the same services, like texting, web, all that good stuff? if so, can i just unlock the phone and will it work or do i need to bring it somewhere and have it converted?

These carriers are not compatable, T-mobile is using GSM and Boost is using IDEN/CDMA

Your best bet, go to Ebay buy a used phone of your choice specifically for boost and make sure it has a clean ESN (before purchase) and your good to go!

P.S. Sell your old phone on Ebay as well!
