    My wife and I got matching Motorla i465 phones at Best Buy a week ago today. They have worked well and we've been pleasantly surprised that the Direct Connect is as stable as Nextel was.

    But the web has never worked on either phone. The salesman at Best Buy warned us that Boost's customer service was terrible and so far, he was RIGHT. We've logged six calls to Boost and are going to give up and take them back when our 30 days is up. Every single time the customer service rep has used a classic lie to end the phone call, with the most common being "an outtage in your area" which we know isn't true cause my bro has the same phone and his works. Any ideas, or do we just give up? The error message we get is "Security Error: Key exchange disabled."

    Same EXACT issue here. I am on my third call to their so-called tech support, even went to the store and had THEM call. From what I have been able to gather it is an issue with the web browser and if you download a different one (via a data cable & pc) it solves the problem. Haven't tried it yet, so I don't know that it works, just what I have read.
