Bluetooth tethering

I currently have an old i530 and I want to get a new phone with boost. But what I need is a phone that will allow bluetooth tethering so that I can connect an internet tablet (Archos 5 internet tablet) for internet connection on the run.
Can anyone help me identify a phone with this capability?
Or if this even allowed with boostmobile?

I read somewhere that Samsung Rant can do this, can someone confirm this?
I don't want to get a smartphone seeing as how the Archos is running on android. I also don't want to carry 2 smart devices in my pocket.

I am not for sure but I think the only phones that will do this on boost is the smartphones. I know that there is no software available for the Incognito which is pretty much has the same specs as the rant but I could be wrong. Please keep me updated.
