I found a boostmobile prepaid phone will a starter kit help. I carried where I found it manager of store said no one cme to claim it. Its bee 3 months now.

You first need to call boostmobile, the number on the back of the phone links it to somebody if it was ever activated and you have to do your diligence on a trackable item like that before you declare it to be yours. I don't know what the started kits are for, you just call or go online and activate the phone with a credit card or boost cards you can buy anywhere. What's in the kit?
