Help! I have just purchased the samsung replenish and downloaded through google play the netfllix app and the movie plays but the voice is before the video starts. They said I need an extra app, but why? My internet connection is perfect because I can watch it on my home laptop. Is there anyone at all experienced this problem and can help me correct my problem? I don't want to return the phone I just want the netflix to stream like it's suppose to on android. It's like looking at a movie in slow motion. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Re: netflix app
Have you tried uninstalling the application and downloading it again?
Also, are you trying to stream video over WiFi or the 3G network? If the network is congested in your area, or if signal is weak, that could cause streaming problems. If WiFi is available at your location, I'd recommend using that for the best streaming experience.

Re: netflix app
Thank you first for responding to my question. Yes I am trying to stream by wi-fi. There is no 3G in our rural area. I have tried many times to unistall and re-install and there seems to still be a problem. I called Netflix and they said it wasn't anything on their end to interfere with the streaming situation. Could it possibly be the phone itself? I don't know what else to do. If you or anyone else have another solution, please let me know. And again I thank you for your response to my question.

Re: netflix app
No. Netflix plays very well by wi-fi at home. No streaming problems at all. Thanks for replying back.
Also the phone's system is a 2.3, that's why I thought I shouldn't have any problems.Last edited by amanda5185; 06-20-2012 at 12:55 AM.

Re: netflix app
I did some searching, and I haven't found any reasons why it wouldn't work. It's possible the phone's Internet connection isn't as strong as the laptop's. You might not notice a difference when web browsing, but streaming video requires a better Internet connection. If you want, you can do a speed test on your computer by going to Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test and on your phone you can search for the "Speed Test" application. You can compare to see if the speeds are similar. If the phone's Internet connection is a lot slower, then that might be the cause.
