The Step 1150 Bluetooth headset is one of those
products that you’ll either love or hate. You’ll love it if you’re looking for a small, unobtrusive headset that goes
behind your ear and practically disappears. And you’ll hate it if you find that having the power unit resting behind
your ear is uncomfortable, or that the lack of a separate mic makes it difficult to use (the noise-cancelling mic is
located just above the earpiece). For a street price of about $50, we suspect we can find something a little more
comfortable, and with better sound quality, but if you want to rock that James Bond—or homeless nutcase, or
hearing-aid—look, this could be the one for you.
