Other than being slowly tortured, drowning would be the most painful. Crucifixion would be up there too...

the most painful way to die is...
to be cut repeatedly with a thin slice of heavy-duty construction paper.. hundreds and hundreds of paper cuts all over your body, your eyes, your veins, achilles tendon, etc. after your bleeding from every square inch of your body, you get a pat down with refined salt and basted with vinegar.
then i melt some chedder cheese on you, dip you in ketchup, and eat you. | | | | |

tripping because ur too drunk, and having ur watering hose wrap around you, and as you struggle to get out it wraps around ur neck and chokes you. this actually happened, pretty funny
