What's the best job to work from home?

I'm getting tired of working for other people but I don't have a bunch of money to invest in starting my own business. I know a bunch of people are making all kinds of money on ebay and online auctions and sites like that, but what is the secret to getting started? Or setting ebay aside, how else do you make money working from home, and do you like what you do?

This is an interesting topic, how many different things can one possibly do to make money without leaving home? Like I said, I don't have a bunch of money to invest or I'd be owning the place I work and firing some people that piss me off so how do some people do it???

I'm a dealer for no credit check post-paid cellular service. It's a new program that was just started last summer through Verizon and NECC Global. What's exciting is that all customers 18+ are approved, there is no inventory to stock - unless you want to stock it - the rates are competitive, it's post-paid service, NOT prepaid, there are no big deposits, etc. I'm selling phones like hotcakes.

There is a startup fee for agents, but I'm doing so well that if someone brings me a few referrals for cell phones, I pay the startup fee for them. It's something I haven't seen for a long time, you can make money just selling phones, or you can make money selling phones and getting other people involved as agents. Either way it's all good, I have cell phone retailers that use this service to get phones for the people that can't afford the deposits the big services want for bad credit/no credit risks - that way they don't have ANYONE leave their store without a phone - and I have people that sell from their home.

i dont know about working from home with my own business.. id rather play on cpf from home all day... and while im out! =) hehe.. cpf has become my job..

well brad, there's always buying a webcam and starting a voyeur website.

but some of us might have some issues with that kind of employment...lol

That's funny Nic b/c I know someone who has webcams all over his house, and he makes a lot of money but I could never do that, I'm way too self-conscious. Besides, I'd need to lose about 20lb and spend some time in the gym before I even thought twice about that LOL.

alright, new idea...

still use the webcams, but instead of x-rated, you go with a crazy stunt webcast. you can either have subscriptions, or have people dare you/your friends to do stuff for money.

$5 to eat a raw egg, $20 to drink ketchup, etc...

could be pretty funny.

LMAO like "what will kenny do" on South Park I did think about something along those lines, like if I can find some rich people that want to give me a million dollars to publicly humiliate myself in the worst way possible... haha would it be worth never having to work again?

how about having people pay you to humiliate someone else for them? i think norm mcdonald had a movie about that, but with the internet, it could be huge!

hows this for a stunt! i will wear bright orange rollerskates with bells on the laces, leg warmers, and ill carry an umbrealla!! ill go door to door with a papercup that says "tips" on the front and sing old mcdonald! and for an extra 5.00, ill sing the song of their choice, for 10.00 theyll even get a DANCE! WHOA!!!!!
