How many bars does your phone have?

How many bars does your phone have? My phone is a Verizon, LG. It has 4 bars, and doesn't have to charge much. I am looking foward to get a new phone because this one is all scratched up, and doesn't look so good compared to the new technology. It makes me wonder how technology can change so fast (1 year)!

Sounds like a good case will help with the cruddy looking phone and protecting the next one you get as well.

True the tech changes every 18 months or so, but for the most part it's only how much can be squeezed into a smaller and as flat a form factor as possible. Only problem with smaller/lighter/flatter... easier to misplace/steal/break.

The nicer looking the phone, the less likely you are going to want to cover it up, even with a clear case, well until it starts to get scratched up, which by then it's too late.

Now if only they made some of todays cell phones with 3 to 4 watts for better reception like some of those older phones. Of course you could kill elephants with some of those old phones!
