Retrieving photos from dying phone

My phone is in its last throes of dying which wouldn't bother me except that I want to get the photos from it (primarily) and text messages (secondarily). Is there anything I can do to have someone help me?

What phone, what provider and do you have a USB cable for it?

hiya, I had the same prob with my SE w580, my screen went dead and everything was stuck on my phone, I had back up of pics and music but not contacts or texts, I cracked my prob with the pc suite, couldnt use the one that came with the phone, my pc wouldnt install it, I d/loaded one from cnet, I had to d/load usb flash driver tho, but easy, trawling forums you get all the info you need of where to go to get what, cnet suite worked a treat, I got into my phone and got everything (ALL phone info and mem card info), contacts and texts and backed them up on my pc! Hope this info is useful for ya, cause I know how you feel.
