Help out my grandma

Hi I'm looking to get a cheap prepaid phone for my grandma. She'll probably only use a couple minutes a month if that. So what would be the best company to go with? I don't know much about prepaid phones but I know iwould want to get her a plan that the minutes don't expire for a long time. Thanks to anyone who can help me out.

I can only think of one off the top of my head and that's virgin mobile. It would end up costing you about $6.67 a month ($20 every 3 months) for about 67 minutes a month (200 every 3 months). I'd say that's pretty cheap compared to my $60 dollars a month. Now if that is enough minutes than that is probably the cheapest way to go if you live in an area where virgin mobile is giving you service.

Yes I would say virgin mobile, or alltel prepaid I think with alltel the mins never expired but you had to pay a usage fee everyday you used it(not positive make sure to check before signing up).

It's probably too late to help, but my grandma and mom has T-Mobile. They each paid $100 for 1000 minutes for one year. Whatever minutes they have unsued carries over to the next year.
