I've recently ended a contract with Cingular and I'm looking to get a prepaid phone that I can just leave in the car and use in an emergency. I don't want a monthly bill. I've looked around at different carriers and all of them seem to have minutes that expire after a while. I want a phone that I can just put minutes on and have them never expire. I want to just leave the phone in the glove box and use it in emergencies only.

Is there a provider that has a prepaid phone plan where the minutes don't expire?
