Re: Google+ Invites
We have to keep in mind that Google plus is in the Test Stage right now... as i keep read about and using its features its a Social network, a brief synopsis about Google + is; a group of friends, family members, co-workers, special interest friends, Forum friends, hobby friends, whoever... can be listed in circles like the titles above.
You may have people in your circles that may also be interested in say... Cell Phones... you create a Circle titled Cell Phones and add people from your existing circles to another circle titled Cell phones. So when you talk about cell phones, people only interested in Cell Phones will get your Posts.
Now if people are not a member of Google+ but you add their email address (any) to a circle, they will receive a update by email anytime you post (message) something in the circle their listed in.
The Circle titled STREAM is PUBLIC, all other circles are limited to members of that particular circle. In order for someone to read a post you made/listed in the public (Stream Circle)... they have to be a member and following you. Right now my Mobile Google Plus App doesn't offer features my Computer/Website offers, again its in the testing stage.
I'm sure options and features will increase in a few months once Google Plus becomes Public. The above reading is what i'm to believe so far according to my learning of the the existing features so far. I still testing, trying, investigating, using Google Plus so i could be mistaken about some features.
Im sure its going mimic Facebook and other Social networks in some way or another. It will end up being another Cyber space hame to take up our time and keep us busy...
I have some forum and personal friends who're part of the guinea pig stage...lol We use each other for personal experiments about using Google Plus. As i type this post i'm watching Google Plus on the News...
Send me an email if you or anyone is interested. The more friends you add the better you can test it and the more fun it becomes. Social networks are NO fun if your by yourself... andyou certainly can't test it alone.

Re: Google+ Invites
“On G+ it seems like people are talking to you, on Twitter it feels more like they are talking at you,” commented Rory Swan.
Google+ also has some very nice features around following batches of people by dragging them and dropping them into circles. (My contact Hassan Hassan called extended bouts of this a “Circlespree.”) The Google+ “find and invite” tab of circles contains people Google has determined you’ll be interested in circling, and those recommendations seem to be quite good.
As another apples-to-almost-apples benchmark, Twitter says officially that it has registered 200 million accounts over its entire history, while Google+ had 10 million as of July 15 (likely many more by now; it’s growing like crazy).
I’m sure there’s some inflation going on from me getting on Google+ the first day it was open to outsiders, and from the alignment in interests between me and other early Google+ users. Plus, Google+ is not yet cluttered up with business accounts, though many people are clamoring for them.
More than any other social network I’ve used, Google+ has the feeling of having been birthed fully formed, having learned from what came before it. And it’s not just Google that’s learned from experience: Tens of millions of people are already using Google+, and these users quite familiar with how social networks work, and how they’re often more interesting when you are connected to more people.

Re: Google+ Invites
People flocking to Google Plus... start your own WIRELESS, CELL PHONE, CYBER Circle... or any other special interest/hobby of your choice, and add people with common interest
People can belong to more than one Circle... like Cell Phones, Pets, Football, Plants, Cars, Running, stocks, create as many circles as you need to separate your post/conversations... hey.. it a pass-time
