Is it true that if you less than 50% of your monthly minutes in three consecutive months, Cingurlar will terminate your contract? Does this have to do with unused rollover minutes?

Well,
If you reading the back of the booklet, it clearly doesn't say that. You may have misunderstood. It should say: (if this is a National Plan Booklet)
"Cingular reserves the right to terminate your service if less than 50% of your usage over three consecutive billing cycles is on Cingular-Owned systems."
I don't beleive it is on Rollover Minutes too.

I think the reason they say that is because of something that has to do with roaming. They say "If less than 50% of calls are on Cingular-owned systems" so I believe it has to do with the fact that Cingular would be losing money by paying roaming partners so much if you do so many calls while roaming.
