Operator Logo

Okay I hope someone has found the answer to this question. I have been trying to figure out how to get rid of the operator logo on my LG1300. I have seen places on the net where you can purchase blank ones but I am trying to avoid that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can send yourself wallpapers/op logos by SMS and you get free credits when you sign up so those should be enough for you to do whatever it is you want.

if you surf to that URL on your mobile (GPRS or whatever) you can enter the full URL of any gif on the web and receive it as an operator logo. Won't cost you anything other than the GPRS connection.

They're supposed to be 74x12 pixels but I've tested it with larger and my phone at least accepts them (nokia 6820).

Feel free to email me if any probs, suggestions etc. I'll hopefully try and make it look a bit nicer etc.
