question about cingular's data plan

Can someone explain the data plan cingular currently offers?
I don't understand the 5-10MB and so on.
If I want to check my e-mails and check a few websites per day which plan is the right one for me?
Any helps is appreciated.

Media Basics is pretty cheap(7.99/mo). It has 250 text messages, 50 mms, and 1 mb of usage. Media Works is the way I went (19.99/mo).It has 1500 text messages, 500 mms, and unlimited internet usage. Prices are for my area I'm not sure if they are the same for your area.
Things to consider: if you have a camera phone and would like to send and recieve some pics (via email or mms, phone#@mms.mycingular.com). Do u text message or chat? you can use your phone to send and recieve emails (phone#@mobile.mycingular.com) Can u access the webpages you are wanting to look at from a mobile network?
