Any chance there's a forum member from my neck of the woods? I'm talking about a small city 90 miles north of Seattle.

Two questions:

1. Coverage Area: I travel around a little in the Puget Sound area - out to Mt. Baker, the San Juan Islands, Whidbey Island, Vashon Island, but most of the time I'm all over Bellingham and Whatcom County. How's the coverage? I'm really wanting to not have to worry about whether or not I'll get a signal.

2. Customer Service (CS): I've heard horror stories about long hold times on the phone and poorly trained, under paid folks who don't try very hard to help. So, how is the CS these days?

The funny thing about the second question is that my wife has been with Sprint for years and has hardly ever had to call CS, leading me to believe that this really might not be that big of an issue. Besides, I suppose I could always go to the retail kiosk at the mall and deal with someone there.

Any feedback would be awesome, even if you don't live near here.

p.s. I just can't believe that, for family plans, for the same $70/month I'd pay Verizon, I'd get 850 shared minutes from Cingular rather than 500 from VZW.
