    i had cellular one until 1 day i walked into the mall about a month ago and the cingular rep supervisor talked me into getting cingular...he couldn't transfer my cellone # to the new cingular plan i decided on....i had to call cellone and cancelled my plan while waiting on the new phone...he says it will take 5 minutes and i will be on my way with the new service and new phone...30 minutes went by...i'm stlll waiting..1 hour went by...still waiting 1hour 30 minutes went by and i got pissed off...he kept lying about it will take another 2 minutes...i told him forget about it...i want all my ID's back and my credit card...i didn't sign any papers...i got my credit card statement and i saw that he charged my credit card for over $50 plus...i called my credit card company and told them what happened...now they fighing it with cingular....Cingular advertise good services and good plans...but i experienced it the hard way...i would never recommend anyone to this company....they never even call and say sorry or anything...now i'm still stuck with no cell phone...i have to use my husband cell phone which is sprint...i'm just scared to sign up with a new company

    yea I work for cing as a tech supp. I don't recommend it either.
    Yes I work for cingular....and cingular is about to find out what the meaning of pain is!!!!!!!!!
