Cingular blocks certain WAP sites?

Greetings all,

Anyone had experience with not being able to access certain WAP sites? I thought I was having trouble with Wireless Internet the other day, connecting to anything, but I could browse all of Cingular's MEdia net sites and links, just not the one external site I wanted to go to: http://wap.waplong.ch/blogger (It's a frontend for posting from cell's to Blogger sites). It says something like "NO GATEWAY RESPONSE," then dumps me back to my previous page.

I've never been able to access it yet, and I think Cingular may block access? I've heard of some Cell providers doing that. Funny, b/c I can access a lot of external WAP sites via Google's WAP sites. Maybe they block it b/c it's a foreign site (ch?)?

Anyone w/ similar expiences?
