I have a question regarding Cingular's website for buying ringtones that I have not been able to get a real answer for from any Cingular employee.
I have the Samsung X427M phone, and everything I have read about it tells me that it is the same as the X427 with messaging added.
However, when I log into the cingular ringtone page, there are tons more choices for the X427 than the X427M. For example, in the Hard Rock category, there are 77 available for the X427M, and 275 available for the older X427 phone. Songs are also being added to the X427 list much faster than the X427M list.
Why is this?
...oh, and I tried downloading a song in the X427 list, but it would not download.

well the ringtones shouldnt be different, they both take either 40-chord polyphonic midi, or mmf, including voice mmf, try to go to this site using your phone and gettin some free ringtones, but remember, cingular charges you per KB of data downloaded unless you have an internet plan the site is - tagtag.com/kinjutsu <-- go to this site using your phone not computer
a.k.a - Kinjutsu11
My statements and views are exactly that, my own, they do not reflect the views or statements from T-Mobile or any company i talk about.
----T-Mobile - Blackberry - Ringtone - AT&T - Cingular - Nokia EX-Mod ----
My sites -
MMF Ringtones (phone browser only) - tagtag.com/kinjutsu - no longer updated, Still active!
MP3 Ringtones (with Tooldef6) - geocities.com/dj_mystik2001Down indefinitely I need to get back into my CPF flow again before i relaunch it!
