Hello,
I'm looking for a cheap camera phone to get me by for the two years that my Cingular contract lasts, and I can finally get a Treo!
I'm stuck with the stupid C1300, which as you know is pretty crappy.
I'm looking for a phone in the mid price range ($200-$300) that has a camera and works with Cingular GSM/GPRS 850/1900 MHz
Thanks in advance,
Aldo

nokia 6230 or razr3(might be 330 after rebates)

Actually, with rebates your final cost on the Motorola Razr3 can be $189.00 with a plan but he already has a plan so... that wouldn't work as the retail is $650. ... on the low end... just slightly better than your current phone is the Motorola V220 ...retails for just over $200... also, the Samsung E317 is a bit better... I believe it retails for under $300. You might check out one of those or stick it out with what you've got... how much longer is it till the end of your 2-year agreement?

My plan will expire January 2007
I was thinking about getting the LG L1400. I already have an LG, and I like it very much. I don't think I'd be taking a whole lot of pictures, so If I get that phone will I need to by a MMs plan, or can I just take pics untill my memory is gone?
Thanks,
DM

I TOTALLY LOVE my nokia 6230. It has the typical good service that Nokia's are known for. camera, for still and movies. Bluetooth for earpieces or car stereos with bluetooth. I was in a new BMW and my phone connected wirelessly with it's radio and it was instant speakerphone! speakerphone, and one of the coolest things a digita camera-style card slot and it comes with a card You can take pictures and then use the card to get them to your computer OR put mp3's on the card and play them out loud as ringtones or just use the phone as an mp3 player. Headsets are available too, i'll bet they come out with bluetooth ones soon too!
P.S. it has the nokia PC software suite available, so you can trick out your phone with your computer!
