    If I go to my local cingular store, will they sell me a phone without a contract?

    I'm just looking at the those two camera phones in my above post. I know it would be expensive, but at least shipping would be free, unlike ebay, and I know what I'll get, also unlike ebay.

    I would imagine you're looking at at least $300 or more. Prices vary by location and market. Shop around to all your local Cingular stores to find the best price.
