    Ok here it goes ! I am a former at&t customer when i signed up for my cell phone it was a plan for 39.99 For 700 minutes (No roaming) And unlimited nights and weekends When they had the merge in around october they switched over my plan to 600 minutes...In november i get a bill and im over the credit the acount and i tell them i do in fact have 700 mins and they tell me i dont and to find the contract or contact the dealer i got the phone from and to have him call or fax over the contract. Okay Fine i finally getting around to it after having a baby in november and all my life has been really hectic ..So i get slapped with another overage bill..I call the dealer that i got the phone from and he agrees that i do have 700 Minutes he calls Cingular and faxes it over and they do not care they dont want to give me the 100 minutes! I keep calling them and they are rude and nasty. Ive spoke to god knows maybe over 10 reps. My contract ends in about a month or So and id hate to have cancel over something like this but they are being very unhelpful...They simply put it that they dont care and i have to pay. I just want what i am entitled too and i aggred to...The dealer aggred called cingular numerous times...And i just dont think i shud have to be strapped paying for an extra 100 minutes that i should have and i signed for.... I dont know what else to say to them, I cant help but get nasty with them b/c I am plain flat out annoyed with them and i really am at my witts end ...Not every body has the cash to just spend the 40 cents a minute on 100 minutes that they shud have and i refuse to be bullied by the company in this way...

    Please help me or give me some advice

    I would report them to the FCC and contact your local better business bureau.
