Does anybody know how to get out of an AT&T Contract?

I am with AT&T in Oklahoma City. Cingular was not allowed to keep the Oklahoma City market so it was sold to Alltel. I do not want to go to Alltel. I have four phone lines and I want to move them to Nextel or Cingular. If I try it on my own I'll be paying $175 per phone line. During the move to Alltell all AT&T Subscribers will be required to buy new phone - albeit cheapos at $0.99

I am looking for any advice, routes, loopholes, etc. that I can take advantage of . Alltel does not have the technology (GSM) nor the phones (Blackberry) that I want to use.
