Hello, I just need your precious help.
Last week I received two Cingular phones, I'm been having some conections drops. I live in El Paso, Tx. The phones are ...ok...nice and simple. Then I went online and checked the Verizon website. The phones and services seems to atract me. So I ordered. So now I have two services, but of course I will cancel one, since I still have time to return and cancel one service. I like SIM cards also, but I can give it up if verizon gives me best. Please help me which one is better?
    I need your help! Service-wise and phony-feature

I've never had Cingular, but a lot of my friends do, and they don't seem to mind it. I have Verizon here in Kansas and have had a few different phones with their service, and I have no complaints about it. I have yet to be in an area where I get no reception of any sort (in some remote places it goes to analog, but it still works) plus with the America's Choice plan, you're never roaming. All in all, I think their customer service is really good, they have some nice phones to choose from, and a network that is second to none, especially here in the Midwest.

    Cingular is better!

cingular is better because more people have it, which makes the mobile-2-mobile feature great! and they have the best phones!!!

    Thank you, you all.
I activated the Verizon phones this past Saturday.
I have to say that after been with t-mobile for 6 years.
I try Cingular for a week, and now the Verizon.
Well, I canceled the Cingular and activated the Verizon.
So far I like it, my now wife (since june 24) also enjoy the phone.
Especially the camera and video feature. The reception is great.
I guess I will stick with this service. I just need to get use to not use SIM cards
The only good thing about Cingular was that I could use my Nokia Ngage that I was using with T-mobile since this phone is unlocked.
Thank you all guys for your help.
