Hi, people have probably already answered this question a million times.

I have a Sony Ericsson T-237 prepaid phone from Cingular. Can I take this card and theoretically stick it into any unlocked GSM phone and the phone will work?
    Thanks a lot!

O yea, and does it matter if I put the cingular sim card into a phone of a different provider's phone like T-MObile?
    Thnx.

As long as the phones are unlocked yes you can used your prepaid card in any unlocked GSM phone, and yes you can used your Cingular sim card in a T-Mo phone but must also be unlocked.

Be careful if buying a non-US model off of ebay as different frequencies are used in different countries. Check the GSM frequencies on the manufacturers website.
