upgrade deals

i wanted to upgrade my phone and all i got was $30 off for a phone with a 2-year agreement. is there a way to get a better deal.?

$30 off? As in the phone's retail price was $150 and you were offered the price of $120 w/ a 2yr?

What phone was it, and how much was the quoted price?

Secondly, were you eligible for an upgrade (your previous contract was done or almost done) or an EXCEPTION upgrade (still in the middle of a contract)?

its was a samsung x427. and it was a near the end of my contract.

full retail price on that phone is $150... so they were going to sell it to you for $120?

3. What is the date your contract ended?
4. What price were you offered?
