At&t Sim Unlocked RAZR V3 Issue

Cant get on internet and tried inputting setting from att browser that I had on Att v600. Is there a way that I can use the Cingular Razr V3 and be able to use the mMode internet explorer? any suggestion......?

it was blank on v600 mMode? what is proxy>?
