I've had ATT Wireless for 2 years now, and it started off with crappy support, but now, after the cingular takeover, I've noticed that they have completely just ignored us. I tried to get support the other day, and they just said, look at the site. SO i went to the site, and I could not find what I wanted. So then I called them again, and they just said, sorry, we can't help you amd hung up on me. Anyone else have this issue?

This is true. I had same experience with their service. They just ignore AT&T contract holders. Some people may disagree but majority faces similar problems.

is there a number we can call from a landline or some other phones that is not 611?? like toll free or something??
