I have the oldATT $99 unlimited plan.(the best plan ever) What happens at the end the contract if I do nothing, Will the plan continue? Can I keep the plan now that Cingular has it?
I lost a copy of my contract.
Does anyone have any experiance with this?

Yup, tony is right. Your plan will continue as if you are under contract every month unless you change your plan (and sometimes your features). I think they have the power to just disconnect service now that you're out of contract, but I don't think they'd start doing that.
