    What's going on with Cingular, seems like they don't want my money this month, i'm still waiting on my bill.

    I also have not got a bill this month, I have called cs, e-mailed, and gone to the store. I was told to make estimated payment. which I did, but still no bill.

    That's pretty much what i would do, if I had not gotten my bill (for anything), just pay what I'd normally had been paying on avg.

    I know a lot of folks want to go over their bill before they pay it, but unless you normally have a lot of mistakes on your bill, you already pretty much know what you get is what you'll be paying. And once you get the actual bill, you can go over it and get any credits due you, before paying whatever the difference happens to be (if any).

    i wonder if it has anything to do with the sbc-att merger. and att just acquired southern bell. and sbc/cingular/and southern bell are all linked....so maybe they're changing the letterhead, and that's the delay.

    maybe that's not as funny to you, but my in-laws work for sbc, and it seems like they change their uniforms every month with all the acquisitions.

    Guys it has nothing to do with merger. It's called delayed billing. here is an example: if you bill cycle end on the 1st of every month, it usually takes 3-4 days after that before the bill or your rollver minutes will post online. At the same time your bill is mailed out to you. I have seen it take as many as 5-6 days in rare cases if there is billing issues. Also if you have not received paper bill you might have signed up for online billing only.

    Go to www.cingular.com click the "My Acoount" button and register it is free. Once your in there click the left side of screen where is says "My Bill" , you will be able to pull up current bill and see all your bills for the last 12 months.

    Lucky....

    I think what some of the folks have been talking about has been not seeing a current bill for the entire month PAST they time that they would normally have already had their bills. Not the few days between billing periods that the past bill takes to get mailed or show up online.

    Now having said that, I know that some bills did take longer than normal while the Online billing system was being updated in some markets.
