Cingular keeps calling my sprint service phone...

Around 8 o'clock every morning an automated message from cingular calls me to inform me that I can check my account information by calling 7 800 947 5096.

I don't have cingular service. I have Sprint service. I have no clue why it keeps calling me every morning.

I also don't know how to get them to stop calling every morning. If you call the number they give, or any number on their web site, the numbers give no immeadiate option to speak to a customer service representative. First, before you may do anything, you must enter your cingular wireless number, which I do not have since I am not a cingular wireless customer.

I would appreciate any info/suggestions/numbers I could call. I'm getting sick of getting called and left voicemails by this machine at eight every morning.

Try entering 0 on the options. That often cuts through voicemail hell to a real person. From their web site 888-333-6651 is for consumer sales, it would seem that you should at least me able to get to a person there who might be able to help you. Good luck.

Jzero dial * 2 on your sprint phone

Call customer service and request to be taken off the "BLASTER" (that's the term the csr will need to type into our online information tool). He or she will need to follow the directions there and file a case to get you removed.
