Text Messaging?

I have the motorola razrv3 phone and having problems with text messaging, if the message sent to me is more than 4 or 5 lines i do not receive them. Is this a cingular thing or is there something i need to set in the phone to accept them? Your help would be greatly apprectiated.

I do not know if it is a cingular thing or the phone. I do know that there is (or was) a select few razr V3 phones with problems. Motorolla recalled that phone due to problems in the screen and keypad.

Best advice I can give is call Cingular's tecnical support and find out. Sorry I could not be anymore help.

The recall was due to something entirely different. To the OP.... I would recommend contacting Cingular & advising them of the issue.
