Unless you are still w/in the trial period, or Cingular comitted a breach, you signed the contract, you are legally bound to it. Consider it tuition --Life 101.

if you can manage to make 51% of your calls while roaming, then you'll be "forced" out of your contract!

(somewhat of an inside joke, but true)

You can get someone to take over the contract for you. Do you know anyone that wants cingular? They can always change the plan to something that fits their needs. If you can't ditch it AND cingular will allow you to change plans without extending your contract, switch it to the cheapest possible plan and stick it out.

roaming, in fact, is the only thing i'll be doing and why i want to get out of the contract. i'll be on international roaming for the next year, 51% will be easy (more like 100%) is this for real?

i don't have much more to go and i could always pay the $7 a month but i was looking into other possibilities.
