formate MMC by mistake

I just got Nokia 6682 from Cingular 3 weeks ago. its my 1st smart phone. While I played around with it, I formated the memory card by mistake. All programes were gone. anyway I can retrieve them?

Also any unlimited internet service available from Cingular? As I know, you may pay $20-30/mon in some Asia countries, than u can go online without MB limit.
