well, heres the story. i have cingular right now, as does the rest of my family. i wanna switch to tmboile (just me) and get a sidekick 3. now, i really really dont want to pay the 170 dollar or w/e it is for the termination fee. if all im doing is stopping my line, but keeping the plan and the other lines for the rest of my family, do i still have to pay the fee? thanks

Yes. Each line is subject to a ETF if I'm not mistaken.
