im lookin to buy a new cell phone but i dont have time to go to one of the stores. i need to know if the do downpayments and if so how how do they bill you for it?

if they need a deposit from you, it will most likely show up on your first bill as an extra charge.

I've noticed that cing wants a credit card even if theres going to be no charge (i.e. free upgrade phone) online and over the phone
