    Happened last weekend, somehow in their database, they marked all Alcatel corporate phones as stolen because of which no one was able to use their phones for nearly two days. Sad for Cingular, they lost one big corporate customer same time as I am done with my personal contract with them as well which I dont plan to renew with them. Go T-Mobile.
