OK so I need a new phone & the Cingular website said that the LGC2000 would allow different MP3 ringtones for different contacts. Not true. You can just lump contacts into a few 'groups' and assign different rings to the groups.
I want to be able to give everyone a different ring.
And I want a camera.
These are my only requirements. And on the cheaper side......
Any suggestions??
Thanks!!!

Re: Camera phone with ringer ID
That's odd, almost all phones allow this. It may be a Cingular OS thing and not something that is specific to your phone.

If you don't have a cingular contract, then a samsung sync or the lg cu500 are both mp3 players with the ability to add ringtones to one specific contact. They are 50 bucks with a 2 year agreement. Almost all the phones cingular offers can do this, but mp3 ringtones only if the phone supports mp3's.
