Recommend me a non-brand new PDA phone with keyboard

I'm looking to buy a different phone. I would like for it to be used, a year or two since release is fine with me. It's just cingulars phones are so damn expensive, I'm not paying 350 for a damn blackjack...

What I am looking for is:
used (1-2 years since it was released)
under 250 typical used price
built in qwerty keyboard
AIM
PDA
prefer a flip open phone since i cary it in my pocket, but this isnt too big of a deal

if you prefer the clamshell form over the qwerty keyboard, then htc(cingular) 3125 is a great phone. if you want the qwerty keyboard, i'd suggest tryin to get the treo 600 or 650. you can usually find them at a decent price on craigslist or ebay.

sounds pretty nice, but i would really like it if the phone was clam stlye and fliped open or the keyboard slid down

Huh? X-Factor just recommended you the 3125. Can't you do the research yourself on Phonescoop or something?
